Nothing in particular.
Staff cannot say "buenos dias". Breakfast is more like 3star. Television broadcasts in Spanish only --- this in the 21st century ! The hotel needs to call the city council to ask them to clean up the street.
We went as a couple who wanted to explore Valencia and found this hotel to be in a perfect location for the Old Town and access to transport, to see the rest of the city.
The location is great as it's close to central statition and city center. There is a nice local restaurant nearby called Rokelin on the main street.
It's a decent hotel but do not expect a big luxary. However, the quality is good.
Very friendly staf, nice and clean room. Very comfortable beds, close to city centre (1km) and metro (0,3km). Would recommend to anyone!
The room was very clean and very comfortable. Short walk to train station and city centre. The stuffs were very nice and they speak English. Very good value for the price we paid. The hotel is also environmental conscious.
Rooms were of a very high standard and were very clean. A good choice was to be had at breakfast. Excellent value for money.
Was an ok experience nothing too good nothing too bad
No Complaint but I would have enjoyed a richer breakfast with perhaps an espresso machine.
staff was very friendly, the location is excellent and room was clean and big enough for the extra bed for our teenage daughter
The gym was a disaster. Not worth to be mentioned as such! Machines were out of order and very old
although the evening meals were average the breakfasts were good and set us up for the day. the air-conditioning was a boon even at this time of year
Very central for sightseeing and shopping in Valencia. Short walk to rail station
Air conditioning in room poor.Had to keep the window open and therefore constant traffic noise.Mini Bar fridge not very cold.
Very good hotel. Good size with all the necessary comfort including such things as toothbrushes, paste, comb etc not found in all 4 star hotels. Very comfortable mattresses, enough wardrobe space, minibar etc. Very good buffet breakfast. Wifi of good standard as well. 5 min walk from train station.Highly recommended.
Maybe more English tv stations and a safe. But all in all highly recommended.
Staff are very nice, helpful and professional. Can deal with almost all requests, of course easier for them if you speak a little Spanish. Location - about 10 mins walk away from bars and restaurants, then the Corte Ingles and Plaza de Toro. Slightly away from monuments such as Cathedral, the Torres, but good to be near to them yet situated in some residential areas, which makes it a nice environment to rest at night.
The hotel staff were pleasant and also spoke English. The room was modern and new and very quiet. The hotel is located on a quiet street but also very close walking distance (10-15 minutes) to a beautiful square with many beautiful buildings and restaurants.
The circuit breaker in the room was tripped when blow dryer + lights + tv were on. The staff responded quickly however and no further problems were encountered.
Wireless internet signal was weak. Front desk staff was helpful and professional, but not very warm.
The hotel was in a good location just outside the old part of the city and the staff were friendly.
Unfortunately having spent nights in four star hotels in Barcelona, Zaragoza and Madrid this one is a three star at best. The public areas have had an updating but the bedroom was a let down. The breakfast on offer wasn't great either. Sorry but there are far superior four star hotels out there for the same price.
